Easy process, clear presentation, adequate availabilities

Everything was satisfactory except that cars were parked very close to the outside door to our unity making it very difficult to get large things in and out. Also a customer parked right in front of the door and walked down several doors to another unit leaving us waiting or going to her and asking to move her car.
All facets were great!

The staff is so nice and helpful! The unit looks nice and provides enough space for us. I love that there is a gate to enter because I feel that everything is more secure. Just a great place all around!
