This business is great! I mean who would not love a business that offers you a great service that even has discounts from half off the first months rent to one free month. I have had rented storage space there on numerous occasions and I have no complaints at all. Their management team is on point, friendly as well as professional. If the need every comes across I will be sure to contact you!

Very clean and i love how everything can be done online or in person. The security is great i have no worries of my stuff being safe from the elements and people. The online reserving process was easy. I got a great deal with my first month free. When I went in to finish the leasing of the unit the people up front were very helpful and walked me through it all.

Danine provided fantastic customer service. Got a very nice tour of the facility. We chose a nice, convenient unit that we will use for the next year. I was happy with the whole process.

The ladies at extra space (14050 Telegraph Rd )were (are) the best. They're friendly, funny and very customer oriented. The facility is well kept, clean and well lit. Keep up the great work. You folks are awesome :-) :-)

Danine was very friendly and professional. The facility is very clean and presentable. The rest of the staff is also friendly. The carts provided at the facility were heaven sent when having to unload and move over 75 boxes.

I was excited to move into this facility. The service was friendly, and the price was reasonable. The satisfaction didn't last long! After only five months, I received notice that the price was going up in 30 days. I've rented storage units in a couple different states, and I have NEVER had one raise the rental fee in less than a year. To top it off . . . when I called the office, I was told that it was possible the rate could increase again, in the next five months. If it does, I'm out. What a SCAM!!!

I have been using this facility fo 2.5 years. I realize rates will increase as time goes. But was very disappointed that there was a rate increase during a pandemic, where the majority of businesses on large spectrum have reduced hours or productivity, etc.... this is poor management decision on all levels to even have considered this increase.
