I was excited to move into this facility. The service was friendly, and the price was reasonable. The satisfaction didn't last long! After only five months, I received notice that the price was going up in 30 days. I've rented storage units in a couple different states, and I have NEVER had one raise the rental fee in less than a year. To top it off . . . when I called the office, I was told that it was possible the rate could increase again, in the next five months. If it does, I'm out. What a SCAM!!!

I have been using this facility fo 2.5 years. I realize rates will increase as time goes. But was very disappointed that there was a rate increase during a pandemic, where the majority of businesses on large spectrum have reduced hours or productivity, etc.... this is poor management decision on all levels to even have considered this increase. Staff refused to provide a tour due to that somehow violating social distancing guidelines. I walked myself up to the 3rd floor to investigate the unit. It reeked of mold. I called the office and informed them that the storage unit smelled awful. I asked if all of them smelled and if not could I be shown another one? "Is it like, a specific odor or...?" inquired the staff person who picked up the phone. "It's some kind of mold, I think... it's pretty bad. While the staff is great, if you do any type of moving on Sundays, stay away from this place!!! They lock up the hand trucks on Sundays. What sense does that make?! Totally useless!!
