Staff refused to provide a tour due to that somehow violating social distancing guidelines. I walked myself up to the 3rd floor to investigate the unit. It reeked of mold. I called the office and informed them that the storage unit smelled awful. I asked if all of them smelled and if not could I be shown another one? While the staff is great, if you do any type of moving on Sundays, stay away from this place!!! They lock up the hand trucks on Sundays. What sense does that make?! Totally useless!!
