Great experience! Came in on a Saturday and Bill was very professional and efficient with getting me a unit...The entire process took less than 30min!! The grounds were very clean and the bldg appeared to be very safe. He was also very accommodating with finding the best price when came to the online vs in store prices. Would definitely recommend and return!!!

Just signed up. Easiest process I've ever experienced. Everything was handled by phone after visiting the extremely easy to navigate website. Brad got me set up and paid over the phone in less than ten minutes. His expertise and thorough walk thru made this super easy. Great customer service and professionalism. THANK YOU BRAD! As far as the facility itself goes I don't think you can ask for much better. It was clean well-lit easily accessed, and they have multiple size units to fit whatever your storage needs are. My complaint comes from the fact that in less than 3 months they changed my rent from what my initial contract stated it would be. For me, that rent increase came too soon.

Downsizing... it sounds like a great idea until you're faced with SO MANY THINGS. Luckily, for those things that I couldn't quite take to Goodwill yet, there was Extra Space Storage. The guys were helpful and the facility is very clean, bright and secure - so while I didn't WANT to have to store things, this is exactly the place you want near you when you have to.
