Super friendly staff - got us a storage unit with no hassle or fuss. Very pleased!
Very clean and convenient! I would definitely recommend this location if you're considering using a storage facility. Also, an added bonus is that I was able to take advantage of the special being offered when I moved.
This is a great storage facility. It is very clean, resonably priced, and has good security. Mr.Anthony Shingleton could not have been more polite and helpful. By far the best choice in my area. Highly recommend.
Tony was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable and professional. A few days after our move, we even got a call from Tony to check in on our move. I appreciated the personal touch and follow-up. The location here at Hanover is also very clean and safe.
I have stored here for several years. Until today the service has been overall ok; however, I now feel that they are taking advantage of long time customers. I have rented at different times about 4 or 5 different units. Most recently I was renting 2 but decided to downsize to 1. I paid for the month and notified the office via phone I would be moving. Price has gone up from $80 to $118 a month, with a scheduled rate increase now on hold due to COVID 19. Unbelievable. Avoid this place.
