Great experience and price for my first unit! My second unit was a little steeper but do were other facilities close to me. The gate is a little hard to reach when going in your car but other than that wonderful experience.

It was a very easy transaction. The person that assisted me was very knowledgeable and very polite.
Tracy was very knowledgeable of the spaces and offered multiple promos and explained how each would work to my benefit. She also explained the differences between the units and locks. She also even suggested different approaches with storing my items.
Customer service goes above and beyond to get your business and keep it! The storage facility I am using is always clean, secured and looks great! Can not go wrong with Extra Space Storage.
The attendant was helpful and friendlily, took the time to show me to the unit, was not rushed and answered any question I had.
