Tracy was very knowledgeable of the spaces and offered multiple promos and explained how each would work to my benefit. She also explained the differences between the units and locks. She also even suggested different approaches with storing my items.

I needed temporary storage for some household items while preparing to move. There are three Extra Space Storage facilities located near me but I chose the one closest. It proved to be the right decision. Juan, the facility manager, was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to accommodate my needs and to explain all the details associated with renting. His neat appearance was indicative of the condition of the storage units. He takes pride in his job.
