We were customers at the EHT Blackhorse Pike in NJ. Nice facility and friendly staff. We had two rate increases over the 8 months that were were there totaling great than $120. The manger was able to get a request from corporate to lower but still had an increase. We were planning to stay and find another unit but after another rate increase, which they look at the market area every 4-9 to adjust the rates, we are leaving. Extra Space in Saugerties came highly recommended by two different people, including a professional organizer. The manager is extremely helpful, the directions were clear, the space very clean and easy to access. I am so thankful to have gotten a unit there, especially right now.
