Best experience with any storage facility. I want to thank the Manager Stevie, she is the best!! She helped me with getting the best fit for my storage needs. The unit was very clean and was in the perfect location. Stevie took the time to assess my needs and give valuable suggestions. Go see her...totally worth it.

I rented my space online. I spoke to Stevie over the phone to let her know I wouldn't be there until the weekend and she was so awesome! This is my first time even putting stuff in storage and she made me feel so comfortable. When I arrived, the showed me to unit and made sure she answered all my questions. The check in, check out process is so awesome!! I've been a few times to drop off some stuff and it's always refreshing to see Stevie out and about the property. Rented a unit from Stevie today and could not have been more impressed with her professionalism and her kindness. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had the right unit and the supplies we needed. The storage space is spotless and I feel our belongings will be very secure. I know there are dozens of storage places in the Addison/N Dallas area, but I highly recommend this place and the excellent service Stevie provides.

Extra Space came to us highly recommended by our mover. We were living in Austin, when we needed to reserve a unit here in Addison. Already reviewed the Extra Space in Austin. But, it seems the company is great no matter where located and their personnel are just as great here too. I had only spoken with Joel and Sherilyn on the phone, until we arrived recently. We have had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. This gated facility is conveniently located, yet it is off the beaten path. The units are climate controlled, and I feel it is a safe place to store one's belongings. If you are a night-owl, though, and want to have access at all hours of the night, you may want to consider somewhere else. (I think you can have access until 9:00 PM.) Best service and cleanest facility. We have nothing but great things to say about chase and his co worker, she's great as well. They also gave us a great deal on 2 units. They are always ready to help. Best service I've ever had. I would rate them higher than 5 stars if I could.

No. just don't do it. Friendly staff has you touch a screen to sign numerous pages of junk they don't let you read. Just pulled my stuff out of the unit, and my stuff is filthy. Literally every piece must be cleaned. Couch, chairs, kitchen items, antique chairs. While their grounds are clean, the dirt, leaves etc get blown into your unit. I might as well have left my stuff in my back yard. No pro rate for partial month..... ' if you tell us before you make your last months payment, we can pro rate, but we can't do any... read more
