Michelle the Manager is the Best! She was able to get the paperwork all taken care of since I had rented a Unit for 5 months in 2020. She emailed me the paperwork to sign and initial. It was very easy and fast to fill it out and send it back to her to get my storage on the day I wanted it. She is very kind and is so nice to talk to. My husband and I were so glad that she was still the Manager there....it makes things easier to have a familiar face and voice.
