Customer service rep who helped us look at a storage was VERY nice, It is hard to come by. That to me speaks volumes. The only ONLY issue we have is that there was mouse poop along the entire back wall and sides of the storage unit. It was the last one left and really needed a storage. we took pics and video incase we need, kinda like a walk through since we had to get insurance incase of fire and infestations and such...but it already came with signs of mice.
