The manager at the Fort Washington location was really patient with me, went over the company policies, and ensured me my belongings would be safe at their property!!!! Amazing customer service!!!

I would definitely recommend this company cause I had a problem with my unit. So I contacted the manger and they resolve my issue promptly with great customer service.

I gave Extra Space five stars because the place is clean safe. And the people that work there are great respectful and so nice. My girlfriend accidentally booked at another place I went there for courtesy they were not very nice so I went back to Extra Space where everyone is friendly and it is clean and safe.
