I have had a horrible experience at Extra Space Livingston Road Ft Washington MD. First of all I had to move units because the first one was flooded. Now, after going through that stressful headache they are w out notice trying to raise my monthly rate from $250 to $400. This is outrageous and their behavior to a retired military man is scandalous and absolutely shameful. I think all the ‘positive’ reviews on their website are false. Horrible experience. First had to switch units as the first one leaked and flooded. Now they are trying to raise my monthly rent a whopping 60% after 6 months. This is false advertising. Best advice to you is to STAY AWAY and try more reputable Public Storage.
This is worst possible experience one could have. Rip off artists. Trying to raise my monthly from $250 to $400 month in 6 mo. SCAM-STAY AWAY from this company. I am contacting and warning all. STAY AWAY-they will raise rates astronomically!!!! Stay Away!
