RecommendedWe had a bit of a puddle sitting outside our storage locker and Wally really took great care of us. We decided to move out to another locker away from the leak since we didn't want to have to deal with a flood while we were out of state, and even with some technical issues on the user end, he made everything run smoothly for us and even gave us a generous credit to make up for our troubles. Thank you for making this as painless as possible and for taking care of us!

We went in to inquire about an additional unit for a loved one's belongings. Cat waited on us and was AMAZING! She claims she has only been with Extra for 3 weeks but her knowledge, empathy, and customer service appeared way more seasoned...more like 3 years! She asked about our needs and did some research on available units and was able to secure us a larger unit to hold everything we needed.
