I had a wonderful conversation with Shalonda trying to nail down a unit to hold some of our families furnishings and clothing in the midst of a down size move. We were able to make contact and get things handled. The cases bonus is your location is right down the road from our places. Very pleased with what came down in a short time.

Nice storage unit. Inside unit and Little hard to get to with heavy door with no way to keep it open. Staff really friendly and nice. But like all storage units the price jumps dramatically while giving new tenants great prices for same unit.

This was an incredible experience! I was beyond flustered just having to pack and move in less than 10 hrs and rented a unit when they were closed. I couldn't figure out how to open the door an extremely kind lady came out even though it was her off day to make sure that I was able to get into my unit. I felt so bad for making her come but she was so nice about it. 5 stars!

Shalonda was absolutely amazing. I was late on my payment and she worked with me as long as I stayed in contact with her. She even was kind enough to come and take the lock off after hours for me after I had made a payment late. I’m very thankful that I chose extra space Storage. Even more thankful that Shalonda was manager.

People like Shalonda are the best reason to rent here! Her attention to detail and knowledge is excellent. She was very courteous and helpful. I enjoyed speaking with her and was impressed with her motivation to go above and beyond for me. The auto pay system works like it should, making life easier with one less thing to deal with. The facility is always spotless which is very important to me.
