Yesterday I removed all my stuff inside the storage and I've been renting this storage for more than a year. And yesterday I was disappointed to the black lady that working in there because I was putting my stuff on my truck and she closed the door without telling me she didn't even ask me if "can I just close the door?" She just closed it without telling me and I still have stuff inside that storage and I didn't even talk to her but she give me attitude like she own that whole storage. I'm going give it 2 stars for customer service and for a short renting period it's good...They increased my rent at 6 months, I accepted, at a year of being an excellent customer, meaning payments on time, never complain, I got another raise on the rent for $100.00 additionally to $148 I'm currently paying. I cancelled, whatever I have in there isn't worth what I'm paying for a year about $1700/ year which is already a lot, not including the additional raise. I am literally going though the worse time of my life trying to leave an physically and emotionally abusive relationship and in planning my exit, I reached out to this place to ask about rates and specials and was routed to one of the sweetest helpful representatives I have ever spoken with. She offered a 5X5 with first month free and $92 monthly. She said all that would need to pay today is $24. I came in today to try to get a unit the door was locked and it said be back at a certain time so I went home and came back now the sign says a different time . This is very inconvenient for people who have other things to do . I was really hoping to get a unit here but after this I will take my business somewhere else . How irresponsible of this company .!!! Better your customer service .!! How annoying .!!

Extremely rude manager and staff! After a clear reservation and notification that I was on my way, she closed the office as I was walking in an refused to provide me service. Very poorly managed business. I hope the owner of this facility understands that's not how you run a business and gets their act together. what kind of a place turns away business when ther eis two people working? Horrible experience, I would stay away!

This place is absolute trash! If you don't want you stuff vandalized and for the insurance company to play games and send you around in circles, I highly suggest that you stay away from this place and go put your stuff somewhere else that is safe. I have been storing my stuff with these people for over a year now and all I have gotten is constant rent increase, disrespectful site managers and also got my storage space vandalized. Well, well, well, I had my storage for over three years now. Over the course of the years, the price for rental and insurance has increased about 35% more. I needed my storage so, I decided to keep the storage because it was convenient and I also thought this place was SECURE. Boy, was I WRONG! Despite all the security codes it take me to get in and out of this place. Someone else was able to get in and out without being video taped ( or that's what I was told). I reserved a storage unit here because it looked clean & new from the outside. When I arrived to look at the unit I reserved, there was a sign on the door saying they would return at 2:30. When I returned at 2:45, the sign on the door had changed to 3:00. I waited until 3:13 and no one arrived. There were multiple people waiting as well. I just left & reserved with their competitor, Public Storage. When I reserved with PS, someone called me in less than 15 minutes.
