I reserved a storage unit here because it looked clean & new from the outside. When I arrived to look at the unit I reserved, there was a sign on the door saying they would return at 2:30. When I returned at 2:45, the sign on the door had changed to 3:00. I waited until 3:13 and no one arrived. There were multiple people waiting as well. I just left & reserved with their competitor, Public Storage. When I reserved with PS, someone called me in less than 15 minutes.
