I rented the last available 10 x 20 from Extra Space Storage on 54th Avenue North and 58th street North near Kenneth City, Florida to store and protect my car during Hurricane Ian. The facility, inside and out, is very clean and it looks safe. Jeff, the facility manager, is courteous and knowledgeable and I am very pleased with their service.

Super clean indoor climate controlled unit. Kenny the agent that helped me was friendly, professional and fast at getting me a last minute storage unit. I was going to move storage facilities closer to my house but the cleanliness and how great the AC is will keep me here.

Little back story here; I live in Gulfport and as we awaited hurricane Irma I knew my house was going to be flooded. Within two days I packed up most of my house and took it to my shelter for the next week. As hurricane Irma approached and realizing what kind of damage is heading my way I needed a place to park my car (brand new maxima that I spent a lot of hours working in order to have) out of harms way. This location was great. Millie was fantastic and after reserving some terrible units at some other companies in the area, this was exactly what we needed. This location was even further away than what we originally intended but it was worth the extra drive!
The facility is clean and they have air conditioned, drive up units. Mike is a very nice guy and very efficient!
