I have used Extra Space at two locations in the last 4.5 years. Most of the time has been at the 54th Avenue location. It has always been good there, but the new site manager, Jeff, goes beyond the call of duty to make sure storage customers are helped in any imaginable way. Thanks Jeff for the great support the last months. You attitude towards customers I am sure makes many others happy too, even if they are not leaving reviews. BM

I have 2 storage units with 54th Ave Kenneth City Extra Space and both Kenny and Heather have been just awesome in acquiring units that fit my storage needs. Very professional and pleasant to have any dealings or questions I've had!
Heather was extremely helpful, courteous, and a joy to work with. The units are clean and I have never had a problem at the past Extra Space Storage Units I have had.

Climate controlled storage is very clean and easy to get in and out. We have our storage all the way to the back, but it was very easy to unload because the walkways had plenty of space and they have carts which was a life saver.
