I've never rented a storage unit and was a little intimidated at first. I'm so glad I chose Extra Space Storage because they have a very knowledgeable staff, the lowest prices and a very clean and secure facility. Jonathan, the manager, is so friendly and helpful! He was the reason I chose this place over any other. He set up a meeting for me to check out the storage space. From the first phone call I made, Extra Space Self Storage made the entire process effortless and straight forward. They did require me to have insurance, that was the only thing I didn't like. However, my items weren't of major value and I didn't plan on storing them for a long period of time. I would recommend them to anyone!
Unsure about storage units in Utah County, we began online. After calling the 1-800 number We ended up reserving a unit without the commitment to rent. Jonathan quickly called and we had an appointment set up for that afternoon. He was amazing to work with. He showed us the security measures they take and we promptly signed an agreement with the first month free with a great monthly rate should we need it longer. Unit is very clean.
Johnathan is AMAZING!!! What a heart! I needed an angel and Heavenly Father sent me straight to him. I am so grateful for his help. 5 stars is not enough! I have never been taken care of so well... Besides Johnathan, the units are soooo clean, they look brand new! They even have a truck you can use for free!! I'm blown away...
We have never been treated so nicely. The units are beautiful and new and reasonably priced. The customer service is the absolute best. When you go to your unit you feel secure. They have extra assurances to secure the safety of your merchandise. It is amazing.
This place is amazing!! The staff is always happy to help you, there attentive and you know your property is in good hand. They also have great low prices and a free moving truck you can use!!!
Great place to feel secure about leaving your belonging! It's super clean, well taken care of, great customer service! It felt like a high end storage unit facility! I really liked the manager Jonathan! He does a great job making you informed, he was really nice! My boyfriend and I were in a huge hurry and he was awesome at getting us in and out and set up with a unit! I've never felt so comfortable leaving my belongings at a storage unit! Convenient, safe, reliable, friendly, and clean!
After reserving a unit, Johnathan promptly gave me a call and asked if I had any questions. When I came in he was very helpful with finding out what storage unit size would best fit my needs. Highly recommended.
