RecommendedThe online process was fairly smooth, I really appreciated the graphics to show how much space each unit had! After renting my unit online, I received a phone call/voicemail from Bill who was extremely friendly. He welcomed me to their facility, let me know an email/text would be coming to me with access code and FAQ's, and let me know my unit was ready for me whenever I got there. Overall a super smooth and friendly experience!

Nice clean facility and Bill, the manager, was great to work with. However, the cost of a "10x10" unit which was really 8.75' x 8.75' went from $138 in 2021 to $168 in January 2022. This unit was West facing, with the regular garage-door access and traditional hasp for a padlock - not as secure as the newer barrel locks. I went to a nearby facility that was not only climate-controlled, but rented a 10x10 unit (really 9' x 9 1/2') for $109 plus a 8' x 4' unit for $50. Our unit got mice in it, which means there was urine and poop all over our couches and other items. No help from management, for the money GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
