The online process was fairly smooth, I really appreciated the graphics to show how much space each unit had! After renting my unit online, I received a phone call/voicemail from Bill who was extremely friendly. He welcomed me to their facility, let me know an email/text would be coming to me with access code and FAQ's, and let me know my unit was ready for me whenever I got there. Overall a super smooth and friendly experience!
