Easy to lease and very clean and professional. Bill was great to work with. Our unit is climate controlled and that is what we need.

They were super friendly and very accommodating! They listened to what we needed and made it happen. With our move and all the difficulties involved this was a much needed breath of fresh air to have them help us out with our needs.

I've only had the service for less than a week but Bill, who is the manager is very nice and easy to work with. He is a real people person. The place is secure but the only thing so far I would do is add a little more light at night outside the front entrance area. I got a great web price for the first three months and hopefully we will be close to that price after the three months.

My experience was totally positive. Everyone was efficient kind and kept our needs in mind. I would definitely recommend this storage space to anyone who needs one. I would use it again in a heartbeat thanks bye.
I don't write reviews. But I am so grateful for the customer service I have received from the Pleasant Grove location, especially with Bill. He has been nothing but helpful in the last however long I've been there. Whenever he calls me to let me know that I missed a payment which has been a few or I have a payment coming up I always feel taken care of. This man deserves a raise; I probably would have left long ago with how expensive it's gotten but I really do love the service I've received.

my husband and I just moved in with my laws and this storage unit has seriously saved our life's! it is so close to where we live and has the perfect amount of space for our things. I also accidentally payed twice online called in and talked to bill?? I think.. he reimbursed me and it was in my account within 3 seconds. thank you guys for being so helpful and kind!!!
