RecommendedZana took care of everything, and went way beyond the call of duty. There was a mess in my locker, and she helped me dump the mess in the dumpster. I left a trail in the hallway, and offered to clean it up. She insisted on cleaning it up herself. We were both dripping with sweat, and I said I would be in the front office in a few minutes to check out of my unit. She took care of the checkout for me.
