My needs were understood. I did not have to misrepresent my needs or intentions. The rep was very nice and helpful and was sure to assess insurance needs. That was something I had not considered.

I'm not big on writing reviews, but you have to give credit where credit is deserved. Chris (Manager) is extremely proactive on making sure the customers needs are meant asap. She was SUPER nice , courteous, and went above an beyond on customer service satisfaction. Need more individuals as herself. Happy Customer 5 Stars!!!!!!
