They illegally auction off my storage due to a typo Joanne gain the manager at this southpoint location email me the wrong due date and all she can tell me is that she’s sorry it was a typo …. $20,000k TYPO I immediately had a panic attack!!!! 20k of my NEW salon equipment is now gone and they won’t do anything about it. They continue to raise their storage fees without telling you they are raising their storage fees... The fees for a 10x10 have went from $130-2019 $155-2020 $171-2021 on top of this they offer a free month which ive never received in my 3 years being there...
