Richard, the manager, is very personable and helpful on all questions I had for him. The unit is very accessible. I have never had an issuing accessing my unit or getting my questions answered.

First of all, the employee that greeted us and walked us through the process was very sweet and personable. As a woman I feel safe with the security gates. To enter the building you have a security access code. Flat carts are provided to carry your belongings in and out. Wide elevators make it easy. Its climate controlled inside. And the floors are polished and clean. I will definitely use them again for my storage needs.
