Everything is great when you first move into a unit but then BAM! $140 increase in 1.5 years! RIDICULOUS! Needless to say we will be moving out this month!

RecommendedThe units were clean and location was good however no one was in office because there was no one to cover her lunch. I had to call and was given the wrong gate number repeatedly and the back gate doesn’t work for entry. The staff was nice when she returned from lunch but I had to wait for 45 minutes.

RecommendedThere needs to be a maybe I’d recommend this place button. Richard was very nice and very helpful the entire time I was here (2 years). He keeps the building immaculate! He definitely provides excellent customer service. I will add that this is one of the more secure storage facilities in the area and that is a huge plus. This company does not care about loyalty to their existing customers. I was a happy customer of Extra Space Storage for two years, paying my rent promptly the entire time I used their facility. During that time I think my rent was raised two or three times a few dollars per month. Then, the latter part of July 2021, I received a notice that my rent of space was going to increase from $68/month to $136/month!!!! They were going to DOUBLE my rent!!!
