Absolutely a top notch experience met with the most friendly, knowledgeable, helpful associate. I could not be more pleased with the most fantastic customer service and overall quality from the person whom assisted me to the cleanliness of the space I leased along with the entire place. Renting the unit was unnecessarily complicated by the malfunctioning of the computer program. When I went to rent, the amount quoted to me was around $80 more than the price quoted online - $138 for the size I wanted. I was told that was the online price, and the in-person price was around $210. So I said - OK. I’ll do it online. It took us numerous tries to do that.
