RecommendedWalker and Danielle were most helpful. The place is so clean and well maintained. Easy in and out access and nice variety of sizes! We’re pleased.
The rent increases are predatory. I moved down the road to a different place, same size unit, AC/heat - all the same. Rent at the new place is literally $200 LESS than extra space plus I got two months free. That was enough savings to hire a mover and not be out any money. Extra Space also raised the rent and then NOBODY was in the office during published times for DAYS. Had to hound them to confirm checking out. Good luck jokers. I'm never coming back. That's for sure!

RecommendedRenting the unit was unnecessarily complicated by the malfunctioning of the computer program. When I went to rent, the amount quoted to me was around $80 more than the price quoted online - $138 for the size I wanted. I was told that was the online price, and the in-person price was around $210. So I said - OK. I’ll do it online. It took us numerous tries to do that. They raised my rent by 80% with no warning. I've only had the unit a little over 3 months. if you read Google reviews they have a habit of doing that. When I called they basically told me they can raise rent whenever they feel necessary.
