Beware of storing your items at the Eastern Ave location. My items all got ruined due to a rodent infestation. This included priceless childhood items that I will never be able to replace. When speaking to them, they know about their rodent problem. I was only able to get one month off when it came to my monthly payments before they were going to start charging me again. I am grateful that the manager was able to help with that but it does not replace anything I lost. I had to throw all of my items out and close my unit down... read more
