Great customer service from start to finish. Made my first storage unit experience very easy. Will definitely come back here again and recommend to a friend.
Overall positive experience, but must say I was not thrilled to have a big price increase after 3 months with no warning, but they were willing to negotiate it back down. Christina was very helpful, friendly, and professional! 5 stars for her, 3 for the predatory business practices.
The lady that helped me, I think her name is Christine, was very friendly and took her time explaining the details to me. She offered suggestions that were very helpful. The storage unit was the perfect size. The outside grounds is well maintained and clean. I highly recommend.
Christina and Destiny are the best staff this facility has ever had. It is always a pleasure stopping by and seeing them. So friendly and kind. I can't thank them both enough for all that they do to make sure I have the most of best while renting thank's gals your "THE BEST"!! 💯
