Being my first time needing a storage unit, I had a great experience with the two representatives at my local Extra Storage Space location. They showed me two options and I ended up going with the larger one. After seeing them, it helped me determine which size would be best for my needs. They quickly resolved one small initial confusion and the process went fairly smooth and I just can’t say enough about how kind and sincere both of them were throughout the whole process.
