Top Notch Customer Service from Russell and Ms. Ray. I reserved a storage space online and thought I was getting the best deal. When I got to the facility Russell gave me an even better deal. Who does that - Russell that's who! We used Extra Space Storage to temporarily store some items while waiting to close on our new home. I LOVED working with this office for the past two years! Setting up was painless. They were courteous and accommodating as I was across the country. Bill and his associates are always awesome and helpful. The facility is clean and well kept. The best thing is that my listed contact was able to coordinate with me and the office from miles away to be able to get the unit emptied, get the key to the movers, and cleaned out.
My check-in coordinator was absolutely amazing! He provided me with all my options. The process was quick and easy. Thanks Bill!
