I inquired over the phone, very friendly service. Once I arrived to the office, the staff was very helpful and made the process really easy. The facility is clean and secure, I’d definitely recommend renting from Extra Space.
Extra Space Storage on Tennessee St in Vallejo is awesome! I’m sorry I forgot the name of the manager that lives onsite but he was great! From the first phone call to inquire to showing us to our unit when we were driving in circles. We’ve only had the space for a week but I would definitely recommend this facility for storage needs. Customer service is everything to me and we got the best!
