Hello I was at extra space storage for over a year. We just finally moved out. Maryam and Robin were great help. I went to my storage Sunday to find out the locks were changed. I called Extra Space Monday morning. Keys were never mailed to me. And no tracking number provided. Maryam tracked down my keys. She immediately called me back Tuesday morning. She is very nice and professional.
