Jennifer the manager of ESS at Tennessee street in Vallejo,CA is absolutely phenomenal, she’s very friendly, extremely helpful and very welcoming. Jennifer goes above and beyond, I have never seen anybody work harder. The company is so lucky to have her. RecommendedMaryam and Robin were great help. I went to my storage Sunday to find out the locks were changed. I called Extra Space Monday morning. Keys were never mailed to me. And no tracking number provided. Maryam tracked down my keys. She immediately called me back Tuesday morning. She is very nice and professional.
