I highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for a quality service at a convenient location. The staff on line and in person were extremely helpful, friendly, professional and respectful. The helped me locate the right space, at the right price with availability in the time that I needed. The facility in Kennesaw, GA is exceptionally clean with carts readily available to assist in your move. I highly recommend this facility over others I have used. The customer service is exceptionally good!

I've used ExtraSpace a couple times, renting five different units at two different locations and have found them to be consistently professional helpful. Facilities are well maintained and the on-site reps are helpful and well trained.
After I reserved my storage unit online I decided to stop in and meet the personnel and get the complete details of renting my unit. George was extremely helpful and explained all the details I needed and showed me where my unit was located and how to access the gate and building.

Great location close to I-75. Clean and staff was great. Debbie helped set up everything over the phone so when I got to storage, all I had to do was put our belongings inside the unit.

Wow! The staff is very courteous, professional and kind. I am extremely impressed with the level of security offered by the property as well. And there are clear vision video cameras, in plain site, everywhere all over the property. Although they only serve as a deterrent for potential criminals, it gives us as tenants a little more comfort in knowing that if something does happen it will clearly be on video.
