A clean and easy access location.
I had a wonderful customer experience. Renting the unit was easy and the representative was knowledgeable and friendly.
I have had to use storage on and off for about 20 years. I have tried many different storage facilities. Extra Space Storage is the cleanest with outstanding customer support.

George answered all my questions about 2 weeks before I decided to rent space. The day we went in, Debbie was so helpful. She showed us the available units in the size we wanted and explained the contract process. I had completed the preliminary information online. Debbie also walked us through the access the first time to make sure we could get in when the office is closed (Sunday afternoon). The facility is clean inside and outside.

I strongly advise anyone considering renting at Extra Space Storage in Doraville to think twice. My experience with this facility has been incredibly frustrating due to their arbitrary rate increases and lack of transparency. When we first rented our unit, there was no indication—either on their website or during the leasing process—that the rates would change after only a couple of months. The local agent on site was great from start to finish. There national sales team were not very helpful. They lied about being on site and did not listen to my needs they just worried about the sale. My advice go to the site and get the real 411.
