I've been at the Rancho location since 2012, not until the manager Juan got there did you see someone cared, always clean, safe environment, amazing customer service he's a rare breed and I humbly thank him for turning this property around.

when I first walked into the door the young man make me feel so comfortable it was clean there I will recommend somebody else to that storage

The manager Joun is very helpful. I feel like my things are secure at his location. he even remembers my name. All around just great service. However the rent jump was huge and I probably won't be staying much longer. I simply can't afford it.
