5 months into my rental they want to raise my rent by 50%??? Shady, then say sir that’s what your contract says. We can raise your rent anytime we want... won’t be going back to extra space. Thanks for your help during these trying times. Perfect time to start raising rates, in the middle of pandemic with record people out of work and homeless. 50% increase in rent is just absurd and rude.
