In choosing an indoor Climate Controlled storage unit, we checked a number of facilities in the area. Extra Space provided the best price. We visited and reviewed the property. They have a coded gate access for convenience and security and someone lives on the property. The rates provided included a base level rental insurance with more available based on the value of the goods you are storing. The manager has been extremely helpful. We moved in on a great price and then a couple months later after getting fully moved in they increased the rent by almost double knowing just how hard it would be to turn back around and move back out which was sad. My husband called and was able to get the price down just a tiny bit which we appreciated- def not at the price we came in at a couple months prior but better than the increase. In my 59 years of existence, I have had to experience commercial storage facilities, three times. This facility I experienced everything from being discriminated against because the color of my skin, Rudeness to the ninth degree, The likes to which I've never seen.
