Everything was perfect. The rep was not in the shop but gave a correct estimate of the time she would return. Connected and rented the storage unit and it was clean and just the right size. My explaination of what I was storing and the rep, Gege was on point with the correct size to show me and we were set. Knowledgable, friendly and kind.
Strongly agree on everything that was presented to me and they stand behind every word.

Third time I have used this location. I had two choices, being that convenience was a major factor, I chose Extra Space at first on looks of facility verses others and in the end, GG made it easy and stress free.
Customer service was great and the lady at the front desk helped the process even smoother by going above and beyond with answering all questions and move in process since I was moving from out of state.

This was by far the best rental storage unit anyone can use customer service I love the fact that you can enter the unit from either side with your packing and unpacking that is such a plus
