Wendy was amazingly helpful through the whole contracting process and determined just the right unit for our needs. It's perfect ! The follow up email from the manager was super helpful as we headed out to take items out to the location. I really appreciated the follow up call the following business day to ensure our move in went well. Awesome customer service all the way around. 100% recommend!

I have been a customer for a few years now. The people there have always treated me well. The facility is clean and I feel that my stuff is safe there. The only issue that I have is that the cost goes up every few months. For someone that is on disability, the price increases have become problematic for me.

Recently rented a storage unit Extra Space.. Sandy, the Station Manger, made the entire experience as easy as possible. She answered all my questions and gave me a tour of a couple of units that fit within my needs and budget constraints. I highly recommend this facility for your temporary storage needs

I'm a repeat customer of this location. Rented a 10'x10' unit for a few months last year, with no complaints. We compared prices of about 6 storage businesses in the area before choosing this company/location; the only one cheaper was another 5 miles further from where we live and the one closest to our condo was 30% more/month (we went with this location since it seemed like a good compromise in terms of price & convenience). Their website is super easy to navigate and see the units you're looking for. The staff is flexible and patient. They only offer 24hr access for clients storing business equipment/materials which was a great option for us.

The manager was great, very helpful. Space is ready to go, easy to fine, clean, not frozen, but not so warm that I feel I am overpaying for unnecessary heat either.

If you are in the business of buying abandoned storage units from this facility you might was well keep your money, we won an aution for two units from the same owner, when we went to pick them up we found out that they had consolidated both units into one ( totally illigal to begin with) Facilities can not touch the items from the storage, they can only take photos from the outside because if the owner goes to pay for what he owes he is supposed to get his units as he left them and they would of been in big trouble. appare... read more
