I like the Storage Space and it convenient to where I live but when your price goes up every 6 to 9 months is ridiculous especially when you been a long time customer. I think it time for me to shop around. They should be trying to help people with this Time of Covid because some people don't have homes and they put their stuff in storage so they wouldn't lose it. Opened up my unit yesterday to finally move my belongings worth over $10,000 to my new home after 2 months and i come to find mouses, poop from mouses, and my stuff torn to pieces! I am disgusted about this place. Oh and mind the manager dis not even come to talk to me nor bothered to call us about this matter!!! I am very upset and overwhelmed that i wont have a table or couches for thanksgiving. My family is coming to town to our new home without furniture. If you are looking for a place do not rent here! No one cares.

Our unit was climate controlled, and the facility in terms of cleanliness, condition, and security met my basic expectations. However... Pricing is high in my opinion. Our rate for the 1st month for a 10x15 unit was half-off, which was helpful. For each month after that, our costs soared to nearly $400/mo accounting for taxes. Even for a climate controlled unit, we felt that this price was steep. I called just to ask a couple of questions (as I'll be moving soon", and the woman that picked up the phone was rude and impatient with me. Terrible customer service, No thanks.
