RecommendedTheir was an issue with the new monthly payment and I reached out to the manager - Monica and she agreed that the new payment was a bit high and worked on getting the payment reduced. She went over and beyond to assist and I really appreciate her efforts to resolve this issue. I hope this organization recognizes and appreciates that they have a great employee working for them.
