I have used this location for years and I've never had an issue. I've always received great customer service. I had and an issue come up today and I was in a bind needing a unit very last minute. PJ the assistant manager on site and she really went out of her way to help me. I don't know what I would've done if I couldn't get a second unit.

They Are awesome accommodating if needed understanding, very well in monitoring the units. My son happened to leave our keys in the lock for 2days unaware that we left it, miss ang called us and noticed on camera that it was there and retrieved it for us how grateful and thoughtful to have so much detail and security in others propert? God bless you extra space storage...

I've never needed storage before & was my first time to move in 20 years. It was so easy to book w/ Extra Space Storage. Carressa & her team were friendly & answered all my questions. I went in advance to look at some spaces. I had booked 3 separate small storages (5x15) & it ended up that I only needed a 10x15 & one 5x15. My goods arrived on a pallet, so we adjusted since the pallet did not fit through the 5x15 units. Carressa, the manager, quickly showed me another unit & changed the paperwork accordingly. I'm a fan of Extra Space in general but this location has all-star service w KC and Ang at the front desk. Any time I've needed anything they've found a solution for me immediately. I don't know what management is doing exactly to inspire their employees but it's working! I have 3 units at this location and I just may make it 4 soon. Just waiting for another awesome flash sale that Extra Space puts out there on occasion. Thanks for being so great guys. Loyal customer here for sure!

My company has been using This location for 5+ years now. The staff is always so accommodating and makes sure our deliveries are well taken care of. Highly recommend this storage unit!!!
