It was a great experience; he was handling my new move in along with another young lady's and Zack kept it cool and professional the entire time and made sure to clearly explain the contract thoroughly, payment dates and so on in between us. Great personality and sense of humor; grounds are clean and he lives on site, which is a convenience factor as well. I am not a fan of self storage in general after having a life changing experience with another storage facility a couple of years ago, but circumstances beyond my control made me have to rent storage again. I like the ability to reserve online with a follow up- call from the person onsite. The onsite manager from the location I chose called me back within an hour to let me know that the unity I had chosen was no longer available but she checked another location in the same area for me and found what I needed there. Too many break-ins within the last four months, including my unit there has been a total of what I know of five break-ins. Their insurance that they use is upping the price just cause how many break-ins had happened within the beginning of just this year would recommend a more enclosed Storage place.

Our problem with this company started back in January of 2012, when we realized they were raising our rates without notifying us. We were told that our contract (the one we signed) did not guarantee our rates and that we worked off of a month to month basis, but they didn't require a new contract each month. We went in to dispute that, and ask how they got away with it. We were told that that's just how they work. This is the second time that I've worked with this place to store our relocating employees items for them, while they look for somewhere to live...and it's the second time, I've not felt the best about going there or leaving personal items there. This place is prone to fires with its bad electric problems in some units, not to mention the pore customer service, When I rented there, thy accused me of tampering with the electricity because my bulbs would explode from a bad ground issue in the main panel that I didn't have access to. I will never rent from this chain again, not even for free. I'd say much worse things about them if I had less self respect.
