This storage unit scammed my elderly mom who just recently lost my father in death unexpectedly. My mom called the storage unit on November 3rd and was told she would receive a refund for the storage unit since she no longer needed it and moved the items from storage before the next billing date. They refunded the money to my mom then they repaid themselves. I’m appalled with how this company treated my mom. She gave them business where she could have went somewhere else.
