The only reason I am giving a 4 is because of the closing time. I wish it was open longer so we could move in/out when its convenient for us. 10 pm close time is rough if you have to work into the evening. Otherwise i am happy with the place

The online process was easy and manager Laura answered my questions and selected a 10 x 10 unit in a good location for me. When I went in person to the office a week later to sign the lease, Julie was very helpful and set up an easy-to-remember security code and showed me my unit. A very pleasant experience.

Office staff is amazing - VERY helpful, professional and courteous. The facility is always clean. Good location and access hours. Really, the only negative thing is that the price goes up pretty frequently, but that’s typical of most storage facilities unless you get the price locked in with a contract. But the good things make up for that one negative.
