Wow, great experience at Extra Space Storage - how refreshing! And a huge contrast to the horrible experience I had just had at Public Storage where they increased my rent by 40% after just 6 months - what a scam! I think a lot of these self storage places prey on the fact that nobody wants to move all their stuff to keep a reasonable rate so you move in and wham, they hit you with a huge rate increase. Lesley and Marvin were excellent in answering my questions and showing me around. Very knowledgeable and seemed happy to help. They were patient and kind, and tried their best to accommodate my needs. The units themselves are clean and well cared for. So far, I am very happy.
