Price doubled within 6 months of original lease, I don’t care if it’s month to month and ares market rate. Regional manager was rude and “don’t care” attitude when I questioned rate increase.

Nice, new, clean facility. However, they will tell you that their lease requires you to have insurance on your stuff. Then they try to sell you very expensive insurance. Not sure if they are licensed to do so. Or even if their “coverage” is backed by a real insurance company. Always check with your homeowners insurance agent before signing a lease with a self storage facility. Your stuff in storage is likely already insured at a much lower cost and with better coverage.
