I have used both the Rinehart and Sanford locations for storage. Both locations have been great. They are easy to work with. I have rented from other storage companies. These people are the best!

The storage areas are spacious and the environment is extremely clean. There’s ample room to maneuver your vehicle around the buildings and the customer service is top notch. It took me by surprise when Louis took the time to assist me with selecting the correct unit size for my possessions. I was way off. That was a courtesy you never receive at most places. You’re basically on your own choice.
MY RATING IS 0 but I had to leave a 1 star. They must be writing the reviews themselves. I rented a 30 foot unit for 1 year in April 2020 paid for a full year up front. They called me in Sept 2020 and asked me to move my stuff to a different unit as they wanted to reno this building. I told them I had a mover move my things to this unit and NO. They moved my things to a 15 foot unit. Needless to say, My items that were once systematicly grouped together as Im building a house and will need certain things at certain times ar... read more
