Clean, safe, and worth every penny. My top notch mover recommended this place for storage and he was right! The manager, Robert Trujillo, went above and beyond expectations in helping me. In a laid-back city as Santa Fe, it is refreshing to meet such a professional. I feel so good about having my things stored at this particular facility.

It's clean, which is nice. But the steep little ramp up to the storage units is prohibitive for using the cart. So one star off for that. And another big star off because trying to access their site to make payments from a mobile device is nearly impossible due to poor design and limited options. To make a payment or access my account fully, I have to go to my computer, which in this day and age is antiquated. Update yourselves.

I attend a nearby college, and the end of this school year was the first time I had ever needed to use storage. Extra Space worked with me so well and made the process so easy, that I left the storage space feeling encouraged and incredibly happy with my accomplishment. This facility is well-organized, clean, and secure. Paying the price to store here is worth it. The manager Robert is friendly, helpful, did an outstanding job of managing all the details for me. This is one of the best-run businesses of any kind in all of Santa Fe.

The price increases are predatory! We signed up 6months ago at $77 per month. In 3 months the price was $131 per month, today they want $211 per month. The associate told me that these prices increase like this every 3-4 months. This is criminal and there should be a class action lawsuit against this price increase policy. Nothing was explained at signed. WARNING. DO NOT RENT SPACE FROM EXTRA SPACE STORAGE without understanding their predatory practices!!! This is almost a criminal operation

Stored furniture, rugs and art work. After a month's time every thing was covered in bugs. I was told the bugs were everywhere in the compound, I moved out the same day.

It was hard for me to choose a star rating. I've rented at Extra Space Storage for several years. Robert, the manager, is excellent. The facility is clean and convenient. So why the low rating? Extra Space has issued huge rate increases, and this isn't the first year they have done so. This year, the increase was so ridiculous that I went looking for another unit - and found one, an equivalent unit (actually slightly larger because it is taller) for about $100 per month less than what Extra Space was trying to charge. Carefully read the fine print before reserving a storage unit with Extra Space. We needed a small unit for only a short period of time and although the on-line discounted rent seemed fair, I missed a clause that tacks on $22 for an "administration fee." Extra Space has come-on signs advertising the first month being free. Again misleading: only free when you commit to 13 months.
